Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be received by 4 p.m. 48 hours prior to your arrival to avoid a one-night room and tax charge; special dates may require additional notice.
Check-in/Check-out Policy
Check-in time is at 4 p.m. the day of arrival and check-out time is at noon the day of departure.
Pet Friendly Hotel Accommodations
- Well-mannered, disease-free dogs and cats weighing 40 pounds or less are welcome at our pet friendly hotel in St. Louis.
- There is a $150 USD nonrefundable pet fee per stay. This fee will be charged to your account prior to checkout to cover the cost of deep-cleaning the room.
- Pets must be leashed and accompanied by the owner or held in arms in all common areas of the pet friendly hotel, including outdoors.
- Hotel Restaurants and Lobby Lounge are reserved for owners only, with the exception of service dogs.
- For the safety and comfort of your pet, housekeeping will enter the room only if: a) your pet is not present, or (b) you are present and your pet is leashed or caged.
Fitness & Massage Center
Fitness Center Features
An all-new hotel fitness facility is now available to overnight guests, featuring two Peloton Bikes, extensive strength and cardio equipment including a new selection of advanced treadmill and elliptical machines. The new center also offers a dedicated stretch and free weight zone, along with massage rooms and a couple’s massage setting. New locker areas, steam and sauna add to the comprehensive fitness and massage facilities, which replace a prior swimming pool.
Massage Guidelines
- It is recommended that massage appointments be made at least two hours in advance.
- Massage treatments are available for guests 18 years or older.
- We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes before your treatment time and will provide you with a robe, slippers and locker.
- Please keep in mind that arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure.
- Services will end as scheduled so other guests are not inconvenienced.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments require a two-hour cancellation notice. Any cancellation under two hours or no-shows will be charged at full price.

Procedure:
- Send us the screenshot of your booking with price either on official St Louis City apps or 3rd party apps via email to [email protected]
- We make the quotation based on your requirements for you to confirm.
- If you accept, you place the order and pay.
- We will book the hotel under your name and send you the confirmation which is check-able on official apps.
- You check in the hotel with your name as per your schedule. Pay the deposit to hotel with credit card or cash as you wish. The transaction completes.
Remarks:
- We can accept the booking within 30days.
- 30% of the room rate will be charged for any modification or refund request after reservation confirmation 48 hours ahead.
- No refunds or changes within 24 hours
- Default standard room without breakfast
