- The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong is a non-smoking hotel, except for in designated smoking areas.
- In-house guests and guests wishing to smoke will be kindly directed towards the ground floor lobby on level 9.

- Check-in: 3 p.m.
- Check-out: 12 p.m.
- Guests have to be 18 years or older with a valid photo ID to check-in.
- Upon check-in, we ask all guests to show valid photo identification such as a passport or ID card.
- Each room allows for two adults at the regular rate.
- A room can accommodate a maximum of up to three guests: however a supplemental charge will apply.
- Two adults and one child of 0-12 years of age are allowed when using existing bedding provided in the room.
- In selected rooms a rollaway bed is allowed for a supplemental charge.
- The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong is a pet-friendly hotel accepting all well-mannered, healthy dogs and cats weighting 20kg or below. Maximum 2 pets per room.
- Pet-sitting service is available at a supplement.
- Additional HK$800 + 10% service charge per pet is required; only applicable to our “Standard Rates” up to Deluxe Suite room type; and cannot be applied to our promotion and package rates (except for guests who enjoy “The Pawfect Stay” package).

Procedure:
- Send us the screenshot of your booking with price either on official Hongkong Marriott City apps or 3rd party apps via email to [email protected]
- We make the quotation based on your requirements for you to confirm.
- If you accept, you place the order and pay.
- We will book the hotel under your name and send you the confirmation which is check-able on official apps.
- You check in the hotel with your name as per your schedule. Pay the deposit to hotel with credit card or cash as you wish. The transaction completes.
Remarks:
- We can accept the booking within 30days.
- 30% of the room rate will be charged for any modification or refund request after reservation confirmation 48 hours ahead.
- No refunds or changes within 24 hours
