- To cancel your reservation, please call (800) 826-8987 with your confirmation number. One night’s room rate and tax will be applied for cancellations within three days of arrival unless otherwise stated.
- The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans is a nonsmoking hotel. A fee of $250 USD will be assessed for smoking in a guest room.

- There is no professional photography allowed in any public areas of the hotel. Photos are only allowed in guest rooms or meeting space that the guest has reserved.
Pet Friendly
- Your pet will feel at home at our pet-friendly hotel in the French Quarter. Prior to your arrival, order a Ritz-Carlton pet bed along, chew toys, bowls and designer collars as well as leashes.
- We welcome all well-mannered, disease-free pets, weighing 30 pounds or less (an exception is made for service pets exceeding this weight limit).
- There is a $150 USD non-refundable pet fee, per stay. This fee will be charged to your account prior to check-out and cover the cost of deep-cleaning the room in preparation for our next guest.
- Pets are allowed only in the following areas: hotel arrival lobby (1st floor), hotel check-in lobby (3rd floor) and guest rooms. Pets are not allowed in public areas where food and beverages are served or consumed.
Procedure:
- Send us the screenshot of your booking with price either on official New Orleans City apps or 3rd party apps via email to [email protected]
- We make the quotation based on your requirements for you to confirm.
- If you accept, you place the order and pay.
- We will book the hotel under your name and send you the confirmation which is check-able on official apps.
- You check in the hotel with your name as per your schedule. Pay the deposit to hotel with credit card or cash as you wish. The transaction completes.
Remarks:
- We can accept the booking within 30days.
- 30% of the room rate will be charged for any modification or refund request after reservation confirmation 48 hours ahead.
- No refunds or changes within 24 hours
- Default standard room without breakfast
