Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in time is 4 p.m.
- Check-out time is 11 a.m.
- Guest rooms must be guaranteed by credit card or deposit
- Please note we charge an early departure fee of one night plus tax
Cancellation
In the event that you are unable to keep your reservation at our downtown hotel, please cancel 72 hours prior, so we may apply the appropriate refund.
Pet Policy
- There is a 35 lb. weight limit for dogs. Two dogs maximum per room.
- All dogs must be leashed when riding hotel elevators and be carried by their owners through the lobby of the hotel
- All public areas, including hotel restaurants are reserved for owners only, with the exception of service dogs
- A $200 non-refundable pet fee will be applied to each guest folio per stay

- $1.25 California Tourism Assessment fee per night
- Rollaway bed fee of $50 per day

Procedure:
- Send us the screenshot of your booking with price either on official San Francisco City apps or 3rd party apps via email to [email protected]
- We make the quotation based on your requirements for you to confirm.
- If you accept, you place the order and pay.
- We will book the hotel under your name and send you the confirmation which is check-able on official apps.
- You check in the hotel with your name as per your schedule. Pay the deposit to hotel with credit card or cash as you wish. The transaction completes.
Remarks:
- We can accept the booking within 30days.
- 30% of the room rate will be charged for any modification or refund request after reservation confirmation 48 hours ahead.
- No refunds or changes within 24 hours
- Default standard room without breakfast
