Our refund policy only applies prior to the hotels/airlines elite status process. Once the application is submitted, no refund will be made, unless the upgrade fails.

How long does it take to process a refund?


We will issue the refund in 3 business days upon approval on your application. Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
