How to Keep the Status?
Your status level or points never expire as long as you keep renting with Europcar (at least once a year) in one of our participating locations.
However, you will be downgraded if you are inactive for a certain period of time:
- If you have not rented in the last 12 months, your point count will be reset to the beginning of your current level
- If you do not rent for another (additional) 12 months, you will be downgraded to the minimum of points of the level below
- After 3 years of inactivity in one of our participating locations, your Privilege For You account will be cancelled, in accordance with data protection regulations
– To maintain your status, you must make at least one rental per year.
Important Notice:
· The processing time will be 3-5 working days.
· We will need your name on file, Europcar Driver ID and change to our email to proceed.
· We will notify you once its done via email, no physical shipment will be made. No refund once the upgrade is finished.
