Hotel Policies
- Check-in: 3 p.m.
- Check-out: 12 p.m.
- Cancellations: Must be made within 72 hours of arrival to avoid charge of one night’s room and tax; policy varies during holidays and is subject to change without notice
- Early Departure: Upon an early departure, an Early Departure Charge of 1 night room and applicable tax applies.
- Valet Parking: $55 per car per night, including unlimited in/out privileges
- Smoking: We are a non-smoking hotel. Should we detect evidence of smoking in your guestroom, a smoking fee of $500 will be charged to your stay.

Procedure:
- Send us the screenshot of your booking with price either on official Atlanta City apps or 3rd party apps via email to [email protected]
- We make the quotation based on your requirements for you to confirm.
- If you accept, you place the order and pay.
- We will book the hotel under your name and send you the confirmation which is check-able on official apps.
- You check in the hotel with your name as per your schedule. Pay the deposit to hotel with credit card or cash as you wish. The transaction completes.
Remarks:
- We can accept the booking within 30days.
- 30% of the room rate will be charged for any modification or refund request after reservation confirmation 48 hours ahead.
- No refunds or changes within 24 hours
- Default standard room without breakfast
